Mixed Media

As the world overpopulates, we find ourselves living in smaller and smaller spaces. An art studio becomes a corner in a room.

People shrink their lives living in overcrowded cities where, in some instances, a bed is now considered a room.

In my art, I reflect on this by exploring the challenge of working and creating within the confines of a small area. Using remnants of unstretched canvas, small papers, and smaller stretched canvas, I have discovered the challenge of art’s effect of presence and impact has no boundaries.
